Class Description

Get outside and explore nature, together! This weekly 2-hour long class is designed for a caregiver to attend alongside their child(ren), where they can experience the magic of exploring nature and making new friends side by side. Although this class is geared toward ages 3 - 7 years old, all ages are welcome!

Join us at St. Edwards State Park in Kenmore where we will hike, sing songs, listen and tell stories and spend lots of time exploring and learning about the plants, animals, habitat and history that make this park special. Cultivate your child’s natural sense of wonder and challenge them to develop stamina and ease spending time outdoors, no matter what the weather.

Hikes range from 1/2 to 1 1/2 miles in length on uneven terrain with roots and rocks.

What to bring:

  • Weather appropriate clothing

  • Water Bottle & Snacks

  • Baby carrier for little ones
