If the answer to any question below is yes, keep your child home for the day.

 

Health Questions  

• Is your child presently experiencing symptoms: sore throat, cough, fever, nausea, body aches, diarrhea, runny nose not associated with seasonal allergies

• Has your child been sick within the past 24 hrs?

• Has your child had a fever or any medication to reduce a fever within the past 12 hours?

• Has your child had diarrhea or vomitting within the past 24 hours?

• If you have questions about what to do if you have COVID-19, please refer to the CDC recommendations.
